Every booking includes professional lighting rigs, LED panels, C-stands, boom arms, sandbags, speaker system, 4 wireless microphones, 55" smart TV, fog machine, projector, MacBook Pro, high-speed Wi-Fi, free parking, dressing room (clothing rack, makeup vanity, hair tools, steam iron, steamer, charging station), 24-hour security & CCTV, and on-site studio assistance — all at no extra charge.

Cancellations 8+ days before your session receive a 30% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Minimum booking is 3 hours for individual studio rooms and 4 hours for the Podcast Studio. Production House bookings start at half a day. Full day means 8 hours.
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own gear. Our studio equipment — lighting, C-stands, and supports — is available to supplement your kit at no additional cost.
Yes, free parking is available within the Lohas Residences Hotel building. We are also a 5-minute walk from BTS Nana (Exit 2).
No problem — as long as the studio isn't booked by another client immediately after you, we're happy to extend. Overtime is charged at ฿1,000/hr, billed in 1-hour increments — note that 15 minutes over time may be counted as the next hour. Just let staff know before your session ends.
Not at all. Whether you're a seasoned professional or shooting your first brand campaign, our on-site team is here to help. We can assist with equipment setup, lighting adjustments, and backdrop changes. Beginners are very welcome.
Absolutely. We welcome walk-ins during standard hours (8am–8pm daily) for a quick look around, or you can schedule a studio tour via WhatsApp or LINE — including earlier or later slots by arrangement.
