These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SparQ Spaces website at sparqspaces.com and the studio rental services provided by SparQ Spaces ("we", "us", or "our") at 75 Sukhumvit Soi 2, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. By accessing our website or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Studio Booking
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Submitting a booking enquiry or completing a booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from SparQ Spaces and the deposit has been received.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. By booking, you represent that you are authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself and any guests attending your session.
2. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due in full on the day of your session, prior to entering the studio.
- A refundable security deposit of 3,000 THB is collected on arrival and returned within 3 business days following inspection, provided no damage, violations, or extra charges apply.
- All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation 8 or more days before your session: 30% of the total session fee will be refunded. The deposit remains non-refundable.
- Cancellation within 7 days of your session: No refund will be issued.
- Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before your session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be accommodated once per booking.
- SparQ Spaces reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility damage, force majeure). In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking date will be offered.
4. Occupancy & Access
- Each studio room has a maximum occupancy as stated on the booking page. Occupancy limits must not be exceeded.
- Additional guests beyond the included allowance are charged at 350 THB per person.
- Access to the studio is permitted from your booked start time only. Early access is not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance.
- All sessions must end by the booked finish time. Time overruns are charged at the applicable extra-hour rate (800 THB per hour) and are subject to availability.
- All guests must sign in at reception upon arrival.
5. Studio Rules
The following rules apply to all persons on the premises during your booking:
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the facility, including outdoor areas.
- No food or beverages are permitted near studio equipment, sets, or backdrops.
- Clients are responsible for returning all furniture, props, and equipment to their original positions before departure.
- Firearms, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.
- Any damage to sets, equipment, props, or the building caused during your session will be assessed and deducted from the security deposit. Costs exceeding the security deposit will be invoiced separately.
- SparQ Spaces staff reserve the right to terminate a session immediately and without refund in the event of a serious violation of these rules or behaviour that is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, photographs, and footage created during your session remain your intellectual property, unless you and SparQ Spaces have agreed otherwise in writing. By booking our studio, you grant SparQ Spaces a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use photographs and videos taken of your session for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels, unless you opt out in writing before your session.
All branding, imagery, and content on the SparQ Spaces website are the property of SparQ Spaces and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Liability
SparQ Spaces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our facilities, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
Clients are responsible for the safety of all guests attending their session. SparQ Spaces does not accept liability for personal belongings left on the premises.
8. Website Use
The SparQ Spaces website is provided for informational and booking purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the website but make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with other users' access.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
